This Membership is for those kids that want to have fun learning about the sport of Track and Field and learn how to run faster. This group will meet twice per week and focus on the fundamentals of running and learn the basic rules or track. The workouts will be scaled down so they are fun and not too difficult. This group might run one or two track meets, but they do not plan to participate in the State, Regional or National Meets.
