This is our Fall Cross Country Running Club for all levels of runners. We meet two times a week at Moore Park in the Northridge subdivision on Sunday and Wednesday nights at 6:00pm. We focus on good running form and mechanics and do a variety of workouts to improve everyones endurance and speed. There are a few youth cross country meets that they can run in, but it is not mandatory to run them. If your child loves to run and be part of a fun team, this is the place for them!
